Orders can be placed:
1. Order online:
a) Select the product you require, type in the quantity and select available options such as grit etc.
b) Press the Add to Cart button next to the selected product. The order screen will appear
c) Select further products
d) When finished go to the order screen an press GO TO PAYMENT.
e) Fill in the name and address details and press CONTINUE.
f) Check all details are correct and select the PAYMENT OPTION.
Payment on 20th of month following invoice date is for account customers. Press continue and type your order number in the field.
Payment on invoice is for non-account customers. An invoice will be sent to the to the e-mail address you specified earlier. You can pay us by cheque, or direct credit.
Your order will be processed once your payment has been received. Sorry we don’t accept credit card payments
Quotation request only Tick if you don’t want to place an order but request a quotation.
2. Order by fax:
You can fax us your order stating the product, product code, quantity and options such as grit.

3. Order by phone

Please note, we currently don’t have credit card facilities.
Freight charges
1. Freight within NZ is free for shipments of $200 excl.. GST or more.
2. If shipment is split because one or more items are out of stock, only one freight charge applies.
3. If shipment is split because the order contains custom made items freight applies to each shipment of less than $200 excl.. GST.

Please allow 2-3 days for shipment once your order has been processed.
If a product is out of stock we will contact you and advise new ETA.
